Because our Services process commercial and residential lease agreements and related documents, we recognize that security is fundamental to earning and maintaining customer trust.

This Security & Data Protection Overview applies to the LeaseGuardPro Services, including:
- the LeaseGuardPro website;
- customer accounts;
- authentication services;
- lease-upload functionality;
- AI-powered lease analysis;
- generated reports;
- customer dashboards;
- subscription management; and
- related support services.

LeaseGuardPro uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

7. AI Processing and Uploaded Documents
LeaseGuardPro processes uploaded lease documents using artificial intelligence and related technologies to generate informational analyses.
Uploaded documents are processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested Services.
LeaseGuardPro does not use customer-uploaded lease documents to train generalized artificial-intelligence models.
Certain processing may involve trusted third-party technology providers that support document analysis, hosting, authentication, communications, or other operational functions. Those providers process information according to their applicable agreements and privacy practices.
8. Third-Party Service Providers
LeaseGuardPro relies on reputable third-party service providers to operate portions of the Services.

- immediately report suspected unauthorized access.
12. Security Limitations
Although LeaseGuardPro strives to maintain strong security practices, no system, software, network, cloud provider, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Accordingly, LeaseGuardPro cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, cyberattacks, service interruptions, hardware failures, software vulnerabilities, or other security events will never occur.

Security is an ongoing process.
LeaseGuardPro continually reviews and improves its security practices as technology, threats, regulatory requirements, and industry standards evolve.
Security controls may be modified without prior notice when reasonably necessary to improve protection of the Services.

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability affecting LeaseGuardPro, please contact us promptly with sufficient information to reproduce the issue.
Please do not:
- access data belonging to other users;
- modify or delete customer information;
- intentionally disrupt the Services;
- perform denial-of-service attacks;
- exploit vulnerabilities beyond what is reasonably necessary to demonstrate the issue; or
- publicly disclose a potential vulnerability before LeaseGuardPro has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.
LeaseGuardPro appreciates responsible security reporting and will make reasonable efforts to investigate legitimate reports in a timely manner.
