Last Updated: July 29, 2026

LeaseGuardPro (“LeaseGuardPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use the LeaseGuardPro website, software, customer dashboard, lease-analysis tools, reports, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that maintain their own privacy policies.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Services.

1. Important Information About LeaseGuardPro

LeaseGuardPro is a technology service and is not a law firm. LeaseGuardPro does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or an attorney-client relationship. Uploaded leases, generated analyses, translations, summaries, scores, flags, recommendations, and reports are provided for informational purposes only.

Automated and artificial-intelligence systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading results. They may omit clauses, misunderstand document language, or generate incorrect interpretations. You are responsible for reviewing your source documents and results and for consulting a qualified professional before making legal, financial, housing, property-management, or business decisions.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

2.1 Account and Contact Information

This may include your name, email address, password or authentication information, organization name, account preferences, subscription plan, and customer-support communications.

2.2 Uploaded Documents and User Content

This includes leases, amendments, addenda, attachments, and other documents you upload, along with the text, metadata, and information contained in those documents. Uploaded documents may contain personal information about you or other people, including names, addresses, signatures, financial terms, contact details, guarantor information, and property information.

You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and lawful authority necessary to upload and process any document or information you submit.

2.3 Lease Analyses and Reports

We process and may retain information generated from Uploaded Documents, including extracted lease terms, summaries, translations, scores, responsibilities, deadlines, risks, recommendations, source references, and report-status information.

2.4 Transaction and Subscription Information

We may collect billing contact information, subscription status, purchase history, analysis-credit usage, and transaction records. Payment card details are processed by our payment-service providers. LeaseGuardPro does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers.

2.5 Device, Usage, and Log Information

We may automatically collect IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, features used, timestamps, error logs, performance information, and security events.

2.6 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use essential cookies and similar technologies to authenticate users, maintain sessions, remember preferences, prevent fraud, protect the Services, and understand product performance. Where required by law, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies.

2.7 Communications

We collect information you provide when you contact customer support, respond to surveys, request information, report a problem, or otherwise communicate with us.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information:

  • directly from you when you create an account, purchase a plan, upload a document, request an analysis, contact us, or use the Services;
  • automatically from your browser, device, and interactions with the Services;
  • from service providers that support authentication, payments, hosting, document conversion, artificial-intelligence processing, communications, analytics, security, and customer support; and
  • from other users or organizations that lawfully provide information to us through the Services.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • create, authenticate, maintain, secure, and administer accounts;
  • receive, convert, extract, analyze, translate, and summarize Uploaded Documents;
  • generate reports, scores, deadlines, responsibility information, risk indicators, recommendations, and other requested results;
  • provide dashboard access and customer-requested report access;
  • process subscriptions, purchases, and analysis-credit usage;
  • provide customer support and respond to requests;
  • communicate about transactions, security, policy updates, and the Services;
  • detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, errors, and technical problems;
  • maintain, troubleshoot, test, and improve the reliability, accessibility, and performance of the Services;
  • comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect rights, safety, and property; and
  • create aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual.

We do not use Uploaded Documents to make legal decisions for you.

5. Ownership and Purpose-Limited Document Processing

You retain your ownership rights in your Uploaded Documents and other User Content. LeaseGuardPro does not acquire ownership of your leases merely because you submit them for processing.

We process Uploaded Documents and related information to operate the Services, provide the analysis or translation you request, maintain report access, secure and troubleshoot the Services, comply with law, and fulfill other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

LeaseGuardPro does not sell Uploaded Documents.

Unless you separately provide express consent, LeaseGuardPro will not use the text of your Uploaded Documents or personal information to train generalized artificial-intelligence models for the benefit of other customers.

Service providers may process Uploaded Documents only as necessary to perform contracted services for LeaseGuardPro, subject to applicable contractual, confidentiality, security, and legal requirements.

6. Secure, Private, Protected, and Encrypted Lease Processing

All leases submitted through LeaseGuardPro are treated as private and confidential User Content. LeaseGuardPro uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Uploaded Documents, personal information, and generated reports.

Data is encrypted while being transmitted and while stored. Access is restricted to authorized systems, personnel, and contracted service providers that require access to operate, secure, maintain, or support the Services.

Uploaded Documents are not sold or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence models without the user’s express consent.

Although LeaseGuardPro takes reasonable measures to protect User Content, no method of internet transmission, electronic storage, or security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use a strong, unique password, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Specific security controls, protocols, and provider configurations may change as our infrastructure evolves. We will not represent that a particular technical standard is active unless it is actually configured and maintained in the relevant environment.

7. Artificial Intelligence, Document Processing, and Translations

LeaseGuardPro uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, optical character recognition, and document-processing tools, to analyze Uploaded Documents and create requested results.

LeaseGuardPro may allow a report or explanation to be presented in a selected language, including languages other than English. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the underlying operational data and source analysis maintained by LeaseGuardPro may remain in English. Translations are generated for convenience and may contain errors or differences in meaning. The original lease controls over any translation or generated explanation.

AI-generated results are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. Users must compare results with the complete original document.

8. How We Disclose Information

LeaseGuardPro does not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

8.1 Service Providers

We may disclose information to providers that support hosting, storage, authentication, payment processing, document conversion, artificial-intelligence processing, email delivery, analytics, customer support, security, and related operations. These providers may use information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law and their agreements with us.

8.2 Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request; enforce our agreements; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or protect the rights, property, or safety of LeaseGuardPro, our users, or others.

8.3 Business Transactions

Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction. Any recipient remains subject to applicable privacy obligations.

8.4 With Your Direction or Consent

We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, request an integration or feature that requires disclosure, or otherwise provide consent.

8.5 Aggregated or De-identified Information

We may use or disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual, subject to applicable law.

9. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

LeaseGuardPro does not sell Uploaded Documents or personal information.

LeaseGuardPro does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide legally required choices, including honoring recognized opt-out preference signals where required.

10. Data Retention and Report Access

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining report access, complying with legal and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements.

Generated reports may remain available through the customer dashboard for 30 days from completion unless a different period is presented at checkout or required by law. Expiration of dashboard access does not necessarily mean that every related record is immediately removed from backups, security logs, billing records, or systems retained for lawful operational purposes.

Account information is generally retained while an account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward. Transaction and billing records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, audit, dispute, and legal purposes.

When information is deleted from active systems, residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or logs until they are overwritten or deleted according to ordinary backup and retention cycles.

You may request deletion as described below. We may retain information when required or permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, contractual enforcement, and financial recordkeeping.

11. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • request access to or a copy of personal information we maintain about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • request information about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and categories of recipients;
  • opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable;
  • limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • appeal a refusal of a privacy request where applicable; and
  • receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

You may also update certain account information through your dashboard and unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may continue to receive necessary transactional, security, billing, and service communications.

12. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), including the rights to know, access, delete, and correct personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination.

12.1 Categories of Personal Information

During the preceding 12 months, LeaseGuardPro may have collected the following categories of personal information, depending on how a person used the Services:

  • identifiers, such as name, email address, account identifiers, IP address, and contact information;
  • customer-record information, such as account and billing-contact information;
  • commercial information, such as subscription, transaction, purchase, and analysis-credit records;
  • internet or electronic-network activity, such as device, browser, log, and usage information;

  • sensitive personal information that a user chooses to include in an Uploaded Document or account interaction;
  • inferences and analysis results generated from Uploaded Documents; and
  • other personal information contained in User Content or customer communications.

We collect these categories from the sources described in Section 3 and use them for the purposes described in Sections 4 through 7. We may disclose them to the categories of recipients described in Section 8.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CCPA, except as permitted by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

12.2 Submitting a California Request

To submit a privacy request, email support@leaseguardpro.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant account or records.

We will verify requests using information reasonably related to the request. We may ask for additional information when necessary to confirm identity, authority, account ownership, or the scope of the request. Do not send sensitive documents or passwords unless specifically requested through a secure method.

An authorized agent may submit a request on a California resident’s behalf. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and may ask the resident to verify identity or confirm authorization directly, as permitted by law.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some requests may be denied or limited when an exception applies. If we deny a request, we will explain the basis when legally required.

13. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of other states may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. Requests may be submitted using the process in Section 12.2. Where applicable, we will provide instructions for appealing a decision.

14. Security Incident Communications

If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate and provide notices required by applicable law. Notices may be sent by email, displayed through the Services, or delivered by another legally permitted method.

15. International Data Transfers

LeaseGuardPro is based in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where LeaseGuardPro or its service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.

Where required, LeaseGuardPro will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. By using the Services, you understand that information may be transferred outside your state, province, or country, subject to applicable law.

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact support@leaseguardpro.com so we can review and take appropriate action.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. LeaseGuardPro is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third parties acting independently from us. Review their privacy policies before providing information.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Services, technology, security practices, or law. We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are posted. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the Services, by email, or as otherwise required by law.
