LeaseGuardPro Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the LeaseGuardPro website, software, artificial-intelligence lease-analysis tools, customer dashboard, reports, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services.”

This AUP is incorporated into the LeaseGuardPro Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Purpose

This policy is intended to promote the secure, reliable, fair, and lawful operation of LeaseGuardPro; protect our users, service providers, and infrastructure; and prevent misuse of our artificial-intelligence systems and other technology.

2. Lawful Use and Prohibited Content

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this AUP, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

You may not upload, process, transmit, request, distribute, or otherwise use the Services in connection with content or conduct that:

violates any applicable local, state, federal, national, or international law or regulation;
promotes, facilitates, or assists fraud, extortion, unlawful discrimination, harassment, exploitation, or other illegal activity;
infringes or misappropriates another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights;
includes confidential, proprietary, or personal information that you do not have authority to upload or process;
impersonates another person or organization or misrepresents your identity, authority, or affiliation;
is deceptive, malicious, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or intended to cause unlawful harm; or
contains malware, viruses, corrupted files, destructive code, or other harmful material.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, notices, and lawful authority to upload and process each document through the Services.

3. Technical and Artificial-Intelligence Abuse

LeaseGuardPro’s software, workflows, prompts, analysis methods, models, output structures, and supporting infrastructure are proprietary or licensed technologies.

You may not:

use scripts, bots, crawlers, scraping tools, or other automated methods to access or extract information from the Services without our written permission;
use LeaseGuardPro outputs, reports, prompts, classifications, or other materials to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, reproduce, or develop a competing artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without our written permission;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, translate, copy, or attempt to discover the source code, prompts, models, algorithms, or underlying structure of the Services, except where such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
bypass or attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, subscription restrictions, payment requirements, authentication controls, or security measures;
probe, scan, test, or exploit a vulnerability in the Services without our prior written authorization;
interfere with, disrupt, overload, degrade, or damage the Services or their supporting infrastructure;
initiate or assist a denial-of-service attack or submit an unreasonable volume of automated requests;
use the Services to distribute malware, malicious code, spam, or unauthorized communications; or
access another user’s account, documents, reports, or information without authorization.

4. Account Security and Fair Use

Each account is intended for use only by the authorized customer or authorized users included in the applicable subscription.

You may not share login credentials to avoid account, seat, subscription, analysis, or usage limits.

You are responsible for:

maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials;
activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of applicable obligations;
keeping your account information accurate and current; and
notifying LeaseGuardPro promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or other account misuse.

You may not create multiple accounts, use another person’s account, or engage in other conduct intended to obtain benefits or usage beyond the limits of your purchased plan.

5. Uploaded Documents and Personal Information

Do not upload a lease or other document unless you have the lawful right and authority to do so.

You should avoid uploading information that is unnecessary for lease analysis. Where reasonably possible, redact highly sensitive information that is not required for the requested analysis.

You may not use the Services to obtain, expose, disclose, or misuse another person’s personal information unlawfully.

6. Integrity of Reports and Results

LeaseGuardPro reports and artificial-intelligence outputs are provided for informational purposes and may contain incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.

You may not:

present a LeaseGuardPro report as legal advice or as the work of a licensed attorney;
alter a report in a misleading manner while representing it as an unmodified LeaseGuardPro report;
use a report to deceive, defraud, unlawfully discriminate against, or improperly harm another person; or
represent that LeaseGuardPro guarantees a legal, financial, housing, property-management, negotiation, or business outcome.

Users remain responsible for reviewing their original documents and consulting qualified professionals before making consequential decisions.

7. Monitoring and Investigation

To protect the Services, LeaseGuardPro may use reasonable technical, security, fraud-prevention, usage-monitoring, and auditing measures consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We are not obligated to monitor every user, document, or activity, and our decision not to act in one instance does not waive our right to act later.

8. Enforcement

If we reasonably determine that you violated this AUP, created a security or legal risk, misused the Services, or threatened the operation of the platform, we may take appropriate action, including:

requesting that you stop or correct the activity;
issuing a warning;
restricting particular features;
removing or disabling access to prohibited content where legally permitted;
temporarily suspending access;
permanently terminating an account as permitted by the Terms of Service;
preserving relevant records when permitted or required by law;
reporting suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities; or
pursuing available legal remedies.

Suspension or termination resulting from a violation of this AUP does not create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the Terms of Service.

9. Security Research

You may not test LeaseGuardPro for security vulnerabilities without our prior written authorization.

If you believe you discovered a vulnerability, do not publicly disclose it, access customer information, alter data, disrupt the Services, or exceed the minimum activity reasonably necessary to describe the issue.

Please include enough information for us to understand and review the issue. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP to reflect changes in the Services, technology, security practices, business operations, or applicable law.

When changes are material, we may provide notice through the Services, by email, or as otherwise required by law. The “Last Updated” date will identify the latest version.

Your continued use of the Services after an updated AUP becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
